Refund & Replacement Policy

 

At StepComfort, we are committed to delivering quality products worldwide.

Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products once they have been shipped.

All sales are considered final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

In approved cases, the original product does not need to be returned.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend a new package at no additional cost.

Please note that delays caused by carriers or customs are not considered lost shipments.
